Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary interface with clients for assigned projects from the earliest project stage.
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, design, implementation, close out) using PMI-based processes.
  • •Manage multiple mid- to large-sized complex projects, typically valued between $100K and $10m, including budgets, schedules, scopes, and risk logs.
  • •Assemble and manage the design and implementation team, procure and manage external service providers, and negotiate scope/timing/deliverables changes.
  • •Ensure health & safety and quality requirements are met, perform site visits as needed, report weekly status, and complete project close-out activities.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of related project management experience in a multi-discipline construction environment with leadership of contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • •Minimum 8 years delivering MCE projects.
  • •Client-facing experience and strong verbal and written communication, including presenting to client executives.
  • •Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, estimates (Class D to A), and spend tracking/variance reporting.
  • •Excellent knowledge of real estate development and the ability to read and interpret design and construction drawings.
