Job Summary

Design and implement quality engineering practices within an agile release train. Define end-to-end test strategies, build scalable automation frameworks, and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into robust tests, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure quality gates and quality metrics are met using CI/CD and modern test tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust end-to-end tests.
•Liaise with other release train teams to manage testing of cross dependencies.
•Configure test tools to support collection of metrics for program and enterprise-wide dashboards.
•Support and guide software engineers to write and maintain automated functional tests through continuous integration.
•Implement, maintain, and adapt automation frameworks and test harnesses to make end-to-end tests robust, ensuring Quality Gate requirements are met.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience.
•5+ years in quality engineering roles building complex, scalable software solutions in digital, data, or enterprise domains.
•3+ years using modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, and Cucumber, with proficiency in at least two languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
•Translate business and technical requirements into robust end-to-end test scenarios and strategies.
•Hands-on experience building scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and micro-services layers; integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
