Job Summary

Own compliance oversight, assessment, and operational execution for classified systems supporting Special Access Program environments at the Woburn site. Lead accountability for CAGE/SBU metrics, continuous monitoring, security policies, and safeguards, coordinating authorizations, inspections, and POAM updates with site and customer stakeholders. Ensure compliance with NISPOM and related guidance (RMF/JSIG/DAAG/ICD-503) while maintaining working knowledge of classified functions and operational security measures.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete required Raytheon GSS training within 6 months of appointment and meet annual requirements thereafter.
•Provide accountability for classified systems under site CAGE and SBU, including metrics, RCAST, and Continuous Monitoring (ConMon).
•Maintain working knowledge of classified functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.
•Coordinate with SCA to track authorizations (ATO), new technology solutions (e.g., SIEM/OS), policy interpretations, and onsite inspections.
•Develop, maintain, and update site POAM(s) with system stakeholders to identify weaknesses and drive mitigation actions, resources, and corrective action timelines.

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
•Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance under JSIG, DAAG, and/or NISPOM regulations.
•Direct leadership or project/program management experience.
•IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other).
•Ability to work with/understand computer technologies and compliance auditing using RMF and related non-defense regulations (e.g., PCI, ISO 9001, HIPAA).
