Experienced accountant with public accounting and tech/financial services exposure, focusing on revenue and cost accounting for Stripe’s Bridge products under US GAAP ASC 606. You’ll partner with product, GTM, and finance teams, automate accounting processes, and advise on complex transactions in a high-volume environment, contributing to scalable controls and global growth.

Job Function: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

•Own P&L accounting for Bridge’s products, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, financial reporting deliverables, and analytical reviews.
•Partner with Bridge’s product, go-to-market, and finance partners to understand new products, features, and contracts, and advise on accounting implications.
•Partner with internal systems and engineering teams to support internal financial systems and automation of accounting processes.
•Research and prepare technical accounting analyses.
•Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, and design new processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience.
•Experience accounting for cryptocurrencies, including stablecoins.
•Experience with SQL.
•B.A. or B.S degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
•Fluency in U.S. GAAP and ability to research complex accounting issues
