Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and develop the IVVQ integration/verification/validation/qualification function and manage ~70 collaborators, with local lead support.
  • •Define and approve radar integration, verification and validation plans, ensuring full end-to-end delivery in co-engineering with system engineering.
  • •Plan and execute verification, validation, qualification and acceptance tests, including organizing test resources and necessary flights.
  • •Run system integrations in factory and on-site from internal, subcontracted, or purchased subsystems, and support first operational deployments.
  • •Drive strategy and continuous improvement: reporting/visibility, modernization of tools and test means, and strengthening practices linked to homologations, MCO, and system safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (BAC+5) in engineering or equivalent university education.
  • •At least 10 years of system engineering experience in designing and developing complex embedded/equipment and systems, including integration, verification, validation and qualification (IVVQ).
  • •Proven experience managing technical teams in both hierarchical and functional contexts.
  • •Good knowledge of complex embedded hardware, software, and IT security.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and strong commitment.
