Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement a simulation platform to test AI agents across real-world scenarios (e.g., -Bench).
•Develop intuitive no-code content tools that enable guided testing and evaluation of AI agents.
•Adapt traditional software development methodologies to accommodate AI agents’ non-deterministic behavior, natural language interactions, and reliance on large language models (ADLC).
•Accelerate agent creation using generative tooling (e.g., Cursor and Claude Code) and explore self-improving systems based on real-world interactions and feedback.
•Collaborate with platform engineering to ship full-stack solutions that enable rapid AI agent development and testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 390,000 annually
