Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and own the annual global media partnerships agenda and pipeline, mapping innovation opportunities to the marketing calendar and strategic priorities.
  • •Support and lead partner commercial negotiations, develop and manage JBPs, and ensure investments deliver measurable efficiency and added value.
  • •Own the partnerships budget, including allocations, monthly actuals, reconciliation, and reforecasting within the global media budget tracker.
  • •Lead end-to-end project management and delivery for partnership proposals and activations, including workback schedules, milestone tracking, reporting, and risk escalation.
  • •Provide relationships and coordination across internal teams and the global media agency (OMD), and line manage the Media Partnerships Assistant.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in media planning, buying, and partnerships at a brand, media agency, or equivalent environment.
  • •Demonstrable ability to lead commercial negotiations and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with strong understanding of media investment principles and rate benchmarking.
  • •Proven end-to-end project management skills delivering complex, multi-stakeholder partnership projects on time and to a high standard.
  • •Strong full-funnel media campaign experience across multiple markets (e.g., EMEIA, Americas, Greater China, APAC).
  • •Experience line managing and developing junior talent, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
