Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key liaison between Finance and construction teams and partner with regional Construction Controllers.
  • •Generate and maintain project dashboards for construction cost, schedule, cashflow, and risk, including accurate actuals and forecasts with variance explanations.
  • •Partner with construction teams to develop baselines and forecasts, validate estimates, and maintain historical cost/schedule/scope data.
  • •Improve capital governance and compliance through initial approvals and change management; conduct budget walks and develop lessons learned.
  • •Attend project meetings to collect real-time progress, risks, and opportunities; analyze data to identify cost/schedule/cashflow improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • •Experience in project controls, quantity surveying, or construction-focused financial management.
  • •Expertise in capital project controls/quantity surveying (estimating, scheduling, cost control, earned value, risk management).
  • •Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools, and demonstrated use of AI tools.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder engagement in Japanese and English.
