Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for repairs, improvements, mold changes, and preventative maintenance on the line and related equipment.
  • •Ensure proper and safe operational conditions for production and equipment.
  • •Analyze and resolve equipment issues; recommend, plan, repair, modify, and fabricate parts/elements affecting productivity.
  • •Maintain cleanliness of equipment and areas after repairs/PMs; keep hazmat area clean and waste properly disposed.
  • •Assist with updating and improving the equipment PM program; support production employees in machine conversions and PMs; maintain tools and spare parts stock.
