Job Summary

•10+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, or applied research, including 5+ years leading large-scale change in a corporate environment.
•Demonstrated research expertise, with a strong publication record and/or hands-on use of qualitative and quantitative methods to solve complex business problems.
•Deep understanding of HCI principles for designing effective human-machine systems and workflows.
•Strong business acumen and measurable impact orientation, with proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
