Build real-time streaming solutions with Azure Event Hubs and Stream Analytics, partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements, and evaluate new technologies to evolve the data platform.

•Lead design and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale data solutions.
•Architect scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks features and optimization techniques.
•Establish technical standards and best practices, mentoring team members and leading training sessions.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Design and implement real-time streaming solutions using Azure Event Hubs and Stream Analytics, including performance tuning and recommendations for new technologies.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of progressive experience in data engineering.
•Expert-level SQL Server and Azure SQL knowledge, including query optimization.
•Advanced Microsoft Fabric and Databricks experience (Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog).
•Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, Scala, SQL, and PowerShell.
•Strong understanding of Azure data services, data modeling (including data vault), and data governance/security/compliance frameworks.
