Maintain host area cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, answer guest questions about the venue and events, and coordinate wait-time and special-event information with door host, kitchen, and the Manager on Duty.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests promptly and control the flow of guests entering the restaurant and waiting for tables.
•Obtain guest details and estimate/quote accurate wait times using the HOB reservation system.
•Direct guests to appropriate locations when on a wait, show guests to tables, and ensure seating before leaving.
•Answer guest questions about the menu and venue events, and market current/future shows by placing marketing literature on dining tables.
•Maintain host area cleanliness and safety/sanitation standards; communicate wait-time and party/special-event details to door host, kitchen, and Manager on Duty.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.97 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•Working knowledge of restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, and problem solving.
•Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
•Ability to efficiently seat guests in a high-volume restaurant and maintain the HOB uniform/appearance policy.
