Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop the Service Team and day-to-day service business, including customer service interactions, reporting, and repairs.
  • •Continually evaluate employee performance and provide consistent feedback to drive results.
  • •Select, train, and develop employees to ensure positions are filled timely, and support implementation and follow-up for training.
  • •Delegate and direct service tasks to ensure client vehicles are repaired and returned on time, monitoring work and providing guidance as needed.
  • •Handle client concerns and complaints quickly and professionally, ensure department compliance with standards/regulations, and resolve people and safety issues in partnership with HR.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of automotive service experience with experience managing team performance against KPI targets (e.g., CSI, Repair Completion Time, Days Down, PDI turnaround).
  • •Experience managing and developing a team of technicians, including selection, performance management, engagement, and training.
  • •Exceptional ability to collaborate, motivate, and lead individuals, groups, and vendors, with a verifiable track record of excellence in customer service.
  • •Advanced organization skills and ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software, plus willingness to assist in repairs and complete CPR training post-hire.
