Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • •Act as the senior on-water authority, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members, maintaining consistency in training delivery, guest engagement, and safety standards.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-opening responsibilities including setup, testing, commissioning, guest briefings, safety demonstrations, and activity supervision.
  • •Oversee equipment readiness and inspections, support scheduling, handle escalations for operational issues/guest concerns/safety matters, and maintain operational records.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Water Sports Instructor (e.g., ISA, RYA, or equivalent recognized authority).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
  • •Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines (e.g., kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling).
  • •Experience in a supervisory or senior instructor role (highly preferred).
  • •Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date) and strong knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management.
