Job Summary

Deliver and oversee premium water sports instruction and guest experiences across the designated asset, acting as the senior on-water authority and ensuring full compliance with safety protocols. Lead daily activities, supervise guests, and make real-time decisions based on environmental conditions. Support pre-opening setup, mentor junior instructors, coordinate equipment readiness and maintenance, handle escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement of programs and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
•Act as the senior on-water authority, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
•Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members, maintaining consistency in training delivery, guest engagement, and safety standards.
•Conduct pre- and post-opening responsibilities including setup, testing, commissioning, guest briefings, safety demonstrations, and activity supervision.
•Oversee equipment readiness and inspections, support scheduling, handle escalations for operational issues/guest concerns/safety matters, and maintain operational records.

Key Requirements

•Certified Water Sports Instructor (e.g., ISA, RYA, or equivalent recognized authority).
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
•Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines (e.g., kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling).
•Experience in a supervisory or senior instructor role (highly preferred).
•Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date) and strong knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management.
