Key Responsibilities

•Assist clients with transaction services and provide solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
•Deliver Independent Bank products and services, including demonstrating digital products and assisting clients with navigation.
•Develop client relationships by accurately opening new accounts and maintaining communication following internal processes and procedures.
•Recognize opportunities to meet client needs and identify referral opportunities to appropriate team members.
•At advanced levels, complete consumer loan applications and handle branch operations such as vault/ATM duties, card disputes, instant issue debit cards, and wire transfers.
