  • •Own and evolve cross-cutting platform systems including approval workflows, permissions, authentication, and notifications.
  • •Bring architectural judgment to shared infrastructure, focusing on state management, data integrity, scalability, and backward compatibility.
  • •Decompose complex, ambiguous projects into actionable technical tasks, including safe migration paths for dependent teams.
  • •Write performant, scalable, and secure backend code in Ruby on Rails and design PostgreSQL data models and SQL queries.
  • •Participate in code reviews, mentor others, improve tools and best practices, and respond during an on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •Full-stack engineering experience building production web applications and APIs, ideally with Ruby on Rails.
