Job Summary

Design, deliver, and support enterprise analytics experiences that turn trusted data into actionable business insights. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, semantic models, and reporting standards, while partnering with data engineering teams and enterprise data products powered by Databricks. Enable AI-assisted analytics (Power BI Copilot, ThoughtSpot Spotter, Databricks Genie, etc.), improve UX/accessibility and performance, ensure governance/security compliance, and troubleshoot adoption and reporting challenges.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, semantic models, and analytics solutions using Power BI.
•Partner with Data Engineering teams to deliver business-facing solutions powered by Databricks and enterprise data products.
•Translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual experiences that drive adoption, self-service analytics, and data-driven decision making.
•Develop reusable metrics, KPIs, semantic models, and reporting standards to improve consistency and trust.
•Enable and support AI-powered analytics capabilities (e.g., Power BI Copilot, ThoughtSpot Spotter, Databricks Genie) and troubleshoot reporting/semantic model performance and adoption challenges.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise analytics and visualization solutions.
•Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, report development, deployment, and workspace governance.
•Experience with ThoughtSpot and/or Tableau development and administration.
•Strong SQL, data modeling, and analytical problem-solving skills, including experience working with Databricks or modern Lakehouse architectures.
