Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining and expanding relationships while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • •Facilitate customer/internal discussions to address unit operations, technical issues, and business needs, acting quickly on customer requirements.
  • •Organize, direct, and control activities across assigned projects while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • •Coordinate proposal and order preparation, working with cross-functional teams to complete technical proposal/order requirements.
  • •Develop and implement project execution plans to meet contract profitability and as-sold financial objectives, managing advance payments, billings, and cash-in on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or business, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 8+ years of working experience in design/build/install environments.
  • •Background in proposal, project management, account management, application engineering, and/or field service.
  • •Experience working with customers in Power Generation, Industrial, Pulp and Paper, and Downstream and Chemical Markets.
  • •Account management and sales success with strong commercial awareness and strategy development for customers.
  • •Established project management skills from idea generation through project completion, including negotiation and relationship-building.
