•Lead project teams to hack Adobe’s long-term growth and occasionally drive independent strategic initiatives.

•Develop outside-in market perspectives and translate them into clear implications for strategy.
•Break down complex problems into discrete components with a structured, hypothesis-led approach.
•Coach and mentor team members while managing stakeholder relationships across business units.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 211,850 annually

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet or SaaS strategy.
•Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon.
•Ability to build ‘outside-in’ POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations.
•Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements.
•Undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred).
