Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues, representing delivery of services to the customer across all functions.
  • •Manage customer expectations through performance metrics and reporting, escalation management, communication plans, and account health ownership.
  • •Own the PnL of assigned accounts to ensure profitability, including expense/cost target commitments and expense controls.
  • •Lead customer success and retention, including value reviews and senior management relationship development across local, country, region, and worldwide levels.
  • •Develop and manage service delivery plans, coordinate SLA requirements delivery, manage change orders, demand forecasting, and vendor negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year graduate (or Masters) degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 10-15 years of job-related experience, or 5-7 years of management experience in service business management, delivery, business planning, or related fields.
  • •Experience managing service business delivery, solution/architecting, and performance objectives for accounts.
  • •Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL certification.
  • •Ability to build senior-level customer relationships and manage negotiations, risk, and corrective action planning.
