Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and expedite the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments.
  • •Review production schedules and work with supervisors to locate materials, requisition as needed, establish delivery sequences, and arrange transfers for repairs/assembly.
  • •Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units; ensure proper sequencing for inspection, accountability, and storage.
  • •Validate supply documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, condition codes) and ensure timely, accurate data entry into Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports and support audit readiness by maintaining accurate, compliant material records.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
  • •Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) strongly preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply regulations and condition coding requirements (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to read, interpret, and process Army supply documentation.
