Job Summary

Project Manager within Fever’s Scalable team will own end-to-end management of a portfolio of live experience events across multiple markets, partnering with Marketing, Finance and Operations to scale launches, manage budgets, vendor contracts, and ensure brand and quality standards across all cities.

Key Responsibilities

•Be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of a portfolio of scalable experiences.
•Own the full delivery cycle across all cities within the portfolio, ensuring each market launches and operates according to brand, quality standards and contractual requirements.
•Validate growth plans, pricing, market selection and resource allocation to support company objectives.
•Source, select, negotiate and manage contracts with venues, talent agencies, production vendors and other partners.
•Maintain strong relationships that support smooth operations and favourable terms with all production vendors.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a project management role overseeing complex projects across multiple markets, ideally within live entertainment, events, or experiential environments.
•Strong vendor management background including venue negotiation, talent contracting, and production oversight.
•Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimise margins across large scale projects.
•Comfortable working independently with the ability to prioritise high impact tasks and manage several workstreams at once.
•Skilled in negotiating favourable commercial terms and maintaining long term partner relationships.
