Facilities Project Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced)

Manage small to mid-sized facilities and capital projects end-to-end, from pre-construction planning and scheduling to execution and closeout. Build requirements, work breakdown structures, budgets, and integrated plans, then track baselines, changes, risks, and cash flow using project tools. Coordinate across architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers while performing variance analysis, critical path scheduling, and change management to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
