Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area and provide scheduled preventative and diagnostic services.
  • •Perform blood draws and collect urine specimens while creating a warm, professional patient experience.
  • •Measure vitals and height/weight, and support Annual Wellness Visits as needed.
  • •Prepare each day by reviewing the schedule, ensuring proper supplies and PPE, and managing time independently throughout the route.
  • •Accurately document visits using Sprinter technology and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN (home preferred)
  • •Current BLS certification
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal reliable vehicle
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
