Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer construction contracts and coordinate with the Contractor, Construction Manager, Owner, Project Design Engineer, inspectors, and other agencies.
  • •Provide quality assurance, including reviewing submittals for completeness/compliance and monitoring submittal and RFI review processes.
  • •Facilitate communications among the Contractor, Owner, Project Design Engineer, and Program Manager; respond to contractor correspondence and resolve site conflicts.
  • •Review and evaluate contractor claims and change order proposals; issue engineering/client-initiated changes or clarifications and assess impacts to work progression.
  • •Monitor construction schedule, daily progress and performance/quality, track materials/equipment received and environmental compliance; coordinate outages/road closures/permits and oversee final inspections and punchlist closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree plus 6 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Valid driver’s license is required.
  • •8 years of related experience preferred, including 5+ years in Municipal Water / Wastewater construction projects.
  • •Experience with the installation and startup of large wastewater pumps and associated electrical and controls equipment and systems.
  • •Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external contacts.
