Resident Engineer

Serve as the Owner’s primary on-site point of contact, administering construction contracts and coordinating daily activities with the Contractor, Construction Manager, Project Design Engineer, and other agencies. Lead quality assurance, chair preconstruction meetings, and manage communications, submittal/RFI coordination, contract clarifications, and reviews of claims and change orders. Monitor construction schedule, performance, environmental compliance, job progress, outages/permits, and oversee final inspections and punchlist closeout.
