Engagement Manager (Services Sales)

Drive quota-carrying professional services sales by partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to scope, negotiate, and close MongoDB services opportunities. Understand customers’ applications and priorities to design digital transformation approaches, translate needs into statements of work, manage the PS pipeline for bookings and forecasts, and help transition delivery scope to ensure successful outcomes. Contribute to repeatable assets, mentor peers, and articulate professional services business value credibly.
