Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion and operate it safely and efficiently while meeting company standards and OSHA requirements.
  • •Ensure production lines are set up and running to the production schedule in accordance with work orders.
  • •Understand line and pump configuration; clean and inspect lines; and perform line changeovers as needed.
  • •Perform prestart-up inspections, address failed checks, and maintain manufacturing areas clean and organized.
  • •Keep accurate production records and collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and QA to resolve setup/operations issues and rectify quality issues, including stopping the line and notifying QA during contamination events.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • •1-2 years of experience in packaging or distribution.
  • •Experience in a chemical plant (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with cGMP and RCRA training (preferred).
  • •Demonstrate mechanical ability and decision-making skills for safe, efficient equipment operation.
