Design and build production-ready software components for distributed filesystems and a microservice, multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment. •Contribute to the scrum team through code reviews, deployment process automation, documentation, planning, and retrospectives.
•Lead, collaborate, communicate, and mentor others, providing technical guidance.
•Work with cross-functional teams to deliver the roadmap and meet shared business goals.
•Resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot owned services, and participate in on-call to maintain high availability.

•12+ years of software development with mastery of systems design and programming platforms.
•Deep experience designing distributed filesystems across on-prem and cloud environments.
•Strong object-oriented programming and scripting skills in Java and Python, plus strong SQL with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Postgress/Trino).
•Experience developing SaaS products on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Proven distributed systems experience at scale, including queues, locks, scheduling, event-driven architecture, and workload distribution, with software best practices and leadership.
