Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute visual merchandising special projects and new store/store refits, including project timelines and milestones.
  • •Plan and implement store layouts, fixtures, and displays; ensure execution of merchandising principles and planograms.
  • •Optimize store layout and oversee window and in-store merchandising to deliver the Home Centre offer experience and align displays to business requirements and marketing calendar.
  • •Conduct daily floor walks to ensure conformance to VM audit requirements and provide measurable feedback; maintain and update the RPS System.
  • •Manage and develop the VM team through KPI setting, performance reviews, coaching, training and succession planning, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Fashion, Design or a similar field.
  • •5–8 years of experience, including 2–4 years of VM Management experience in a furniture/houseware store.
  • •Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute visual merchandising projects and new store/store refits, including timeline and milestone management.
  • •Computer literacy with working knowledge of Office and design/rendering tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, and Auto CAD.
  • •Fluency in spoken Arabic is an advantage.
