  • •Complete complex and standardized client transactions accurately while maintaining proper records and handling assigned monies.
  • •Provide courteous client engagement and uncover client needs to deliver a consistent service experience.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process via outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying opportunities, and referring clients to specialists or branch teams.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; participate in training and Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
