Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project, programme, and portfolio managers with planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery management activities.
  • •Apply consistent governance standards, frameworks, and controls across multiple initiatives, including stage-gate reviews.
  • •Maintain benefits tracking, resource planning, financial oversight, and success measures, ensuring programme plans, milestones, and dependencies are in place.
  • •Manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, demand, and change activities across the portfolio.
  • •Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards, and leadership materials using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Jira, Planview, or Wrike.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting project, programme, or portfolio delivery within a complex organisation.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and generate insights.
  • •Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience producing executive-level reporting, governance materials, and presentations.
