Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
  • •Coordinate with electrical foreman, construction supervisor, and branch manager to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
  • •Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
  • •Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
  • •Support onboarding and training of new field performance team members and exceed field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch completion.

Salary: USD 30.51 - 40.67 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of previous field construction experience, including at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.
  • •High school diploma is required.
  • •Valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent per local/state requirements, e.g., wireman license) is required.
  • •Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service.
