Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely inspect truck/trailer for defects and operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
  • •Safely load building materials onto a flatbed or boom truck and unload at commercial and residential job sites.
  • •Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by customers while prioritizing safety of self and others.
  • •Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations and report accidents involving driver or company equipment.
  • •Provide excellent customer service, communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, and manage deadlines and stress.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), with a minimum Class B license and Class A strongly preferred.
  • •Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • •Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and compliance expectations.
  • •Ability to lift and handle heavy building materials (up to 80–100+ lbs.) for loading/unloading, and work safely outdoors.
