Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead thermodynamic design, component selection, and system integration of Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal Chillers.
  • •Serve as the key technical bridge between the local team and the US global chiller design (G&D Chiller) team to align on specifications and technology platforms.
  • •Drive integration of the chiller with CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit) and Fan Array systems to deliver a seamless total solution for high-density data centers.
  • •Supervise selection/configuration and control logic design for Danfoss Turbocor compressors, including optimal running parameters and envelope control algorithms.
  • •Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and prototype verification to performance standards, and support technical guidance for global sourcing of core components.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years designing and developing large-scale water chillers, including at least 3 years hands-on work with Danfoss Turbocor (or equivalent magnetic bearing) compressor systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Refrigeration, Cryogenic Engineering, Thermal Energy Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Deep knowledge of refrigeration cycle dynamics and variable-speed centrifugal compressor systems.
  • •Experience using thermodynamic simulation software such as NIST Refprop and Aspen (or proprietary chiller selection tools).
  • •Fluent written and spoken English for technical alignment with global engineering teams.
