Job Summary

Develop and optimize a quality-focused, cost-efficient supply chain for China and the Asia-Pacific region to support global operations. Collaborate with cross-site teams to source and qualify suppliers, negotiate total cost, improve supplier quality and delivery performance, and ensure alignment on lead times, technical specifications, and Epiroc requirements. Manage supplier evaluations, contracts, and commercial master data while following safety production regulations and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support a quality-focused, cost-efficient supply chain in China and Asia-Pacific for global factory needs.
•Search for and select qualified suppliers; negotiate competitive total cost.
•Work with the Quality team to implement quality improvement targets and programs for new suppliers.
•Coordinate with the R&D team to communicate requirements to suppliers (lead time, technical specifications, quality) and ensure timely, complete responses.
•Manage supplier evaluation (TSQP), quality issues, price/parts cost negotiations, supplier on-time delivery performance, contract signing, and commercial master data (price, lead time, MOQ).

Key Requirements

•University graduate or above.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sourcing function.
•Strong negotiating skills and ability to assess vendors.
•Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills (prioritize, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines).
•Knowledge of safety, health, and environment laws and requirements; fluent spoken and written English.
