Key Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computer hardware, and software.
•Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
•Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, peripherals, and company-specific applications.
•Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights according to company security policies.
•Implement and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols; monitor system performance and network integrity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50 - 60 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as an IT Specialist or IT Technician in a technical support role.
•Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networks (LAN, WAN), and security best practices.
•Experience troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues.
•Proficiency with Windows environments and office software suites such as Microsoft 365.
•Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are highly advantageous.
