Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure operators and subordinates perform tasks according to established standards.
  • •Summarize and report work results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to supervisory management.
  • •Implement corrective actions as directed by the Manager.
  • •Maintain cleanliness of plant areas and equipment to ensure GMP compliance, and ensure safe equipment operation following SOPs.
  • •Monitor processes for irregularities or out-of-spec conditions and promptly report them; support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • •Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • •Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • •Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions.
