Job Summary

A LATAM Customer Experience Intern supports retention, expansion, and advocacy efforts by assisting with scalable customer marketing initiatives, coordinating touchpoints, and tracking engagement insights. You will work cross-functionally with Account Directors, Customer Marketing, and Customer Success to strengthen relationships, improve satisfaction, and drive participation across the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Retention & Experience by helping execute scalable customer marketing initiatives that strengthen adoption, satisfaction, and ongoing engagement across LATAM; coordinate key touchpoints and track engagement learnings.
•Support Expansion & Relationship Strengthening by contributing to initiatives that deepen strategic relationships and increase customer engagement with our teams and brand.
•Organize priority touchpoints across the customer base and support cross-functional alignment with Account Directors and Customer Success to improve retention and expansion.
•Assist Advocacy by helping scale programs that turn happy customers into promoters across LATAM.
•Contribute to customer storytelling and social proof initiatives, support referral and ambassador efforts, and help maintain the operational flow that increases participation and visibility.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
•Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
•Interest in B2B SaaS, customer marketing, community building, and customer engagement.
•Strong written communication with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
•Good organizational skills and familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, docs, project trackers).
