Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with People and department leaders on headcount planning and tracking (open reqs, hiring pace, and attrition vs plan).
  • •Lead annual OpEx budgeting and in-year OpEx forecasting end-to-end with defensible, well-documented plans.
