Cost Manager- Bristol, Cardiff & Plymouth

Support UK infrastructure projects across transportation and utilities by managing contract and cost activities. Monitor costs, forecast and report to completion, manage cost variance and contract cash flow, and ensure timely applications. Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs, cost control and value engineering, handle contract change within governance, and help negotiate and agree final accounts. Lead people and commissions as needed.
