Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with site and functional leaders to provide financial insight for operational decision-making across manufacturing activities.
  • •Ensure strong financial control and stewardship, including compliance with financial processes, policies, and internal controls.
  • •Review and analyze site spend (labour, utilities, yield, overheads) to identify risks, trends, and opportunities against budget and forecast.
  • •Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reporting to support performance management and decision-making.
  • •Lead month-end activities, including reporting, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience supporting operational stakeholders in business partnering or site-based finance roles.
  • •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Experience using ERP, reporting, and analytics tools for financial and operational decision-making.
  • •Degree qualified in business/commerce (accounting); CPA or CA preferred.
