Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily planning and scheduling of maintenance functions, including inspection and daily schedules.
  • •Manage outage planning process milestones (outage scopes, pre-outage forecasts, materials/services bidding, outage durations, milestones, and resource assignments).
  • •Optimize shift work schedules and resource utilization priorities with direction from the Maintenance Manager.
  • •Maintain PM frequency and content using CMMS data and work-order/technician feedback; adjust PM schedules and generate reports.
  • •Serve as the CMMS SME by training and supporting team members, troubleshooting and enhancing the system, and analyzing CMMS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Salary: USD 89,000 - 134,000

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 6+ years’ experience in a solid fuel fired power plant.
  • •Associate degree or industry-recognized certificate in a related discipline (preferred) with typically 4+ years’ experience in a solid fuel fired power plant.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a solid fuel fired power plant.
  • •Working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and scheduling/maintenance planning techniques.
  • •Strong computer skills using MS Office products (Word, Excel, Projects) and data analysis, with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
