Job Summary

Lead Agent Builder, a core capability within WPP Open, the AI-powered marketing platform. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to help users confidently create, configure, and deploy AI agents. Drive discovery and improve the builder experience using research, analytics, and user feedback, while partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture to deliver scalable platform capabilities and embed governance and compliance. Translate strategy into impactful outcomes through planning, demos, and launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agent Builder.
•Shape a seamless experience to help users create and deploy AI agents with confidence.
•Prioritize high-value capabilities across AI-assisted creation, LLM integrations, and workflow automation, using success metrics and data to guide decisions.
•Use research, analytics, and user feedback to remove friction and improve the creation experience; lead continuous discovery and testing with users.
•Partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver scalable platform capabilities, explore emerging AI technologies and integrations, and embed governance, quality, and compliance into the user experience.

Key Requirements

•Experience building products within AI, platform, developer tooling, automation, or workflow environments.
•Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG patterns, and API-driven products.
•Curiosity about how AI agents are designed, built, and deployed.
•Experience using data, experimentation, and customer insight to shape product decisions.
•Confidence partnering with engineers and architects to solve complex technical challenges.
