Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule production of machined components to meet capacity utilization, on-time delivery, and cost goals.
  • •Track team metrics including safety, on-time delivery, internal/external quality, productivity, OT hours, and continuous improvement.
  • •Implement systems and procedures using High Performance Teams and coach hourly and salaried teams on Eaton Lean to eliminate cost and waste.
  • •Prepare and deliver periodic reports to JLT and develop yearly business plans for the production cell.
  • •Direct day-to-day activities in production cells, manage priorities on shared resources, and participate in plant-wide leadership activities around safety, employee satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. person due to access to export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
