Job Summary

Provide first-line support for public cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. You’ll monitor cloud infrastructure, log and triage incidents and service requests in ticketing tools, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams. Support provisioning/de-provisioning and IAM access, respond to monitoring alerts, maintain system uptime, and document resolutions and recurring issues while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor cloud infrastructure and services (VMs, storage, networking, databases), and log/categorize/prioritize incidents and service requests in ticketing tools.
•Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for common cloud issues, and escalate complex incidents to Level 2/Level 3 teams.
•Support basic provisioning and de-provisioning of cloud resources and assist with user access, IAM roles, and permissions.
•Use monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, etc.) to respond to alerts and take corrective actions to maintain availability.
•Maintain accurate incident records, update knowledge base articles, generate operational reports/dashboards, and communicate clearly with customers/stakeholders during incidents.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and familiarity with VMs/EC2, storage (S3/Blob), and networking concepts (VPC, subnets, DNS basics).
•Basic OS knowledge (Windows Server and Linux fundamentals).
•Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy) and familiarity with monitoring tools.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with good verbal and written communication.
•0–2 years of experience in IT support, cloud support, or help desk; entry-level cloud certifications are preferred (not mandatory).
