Provide senior AP/AR support for Agronomy customers, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and inventory stock additions. Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Operations teams to resolve data inconsistencies and escalated issues, responding professionally to billing and account inquiries. Participate in process improvement initiatives and review customer documentation to ensure correct accounting setup and compliance.
