Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate continuous improvement process work sessions and lead teams through rapid improvement events to address strategic projects or value stream initiatives.
  • •Apply analytical approaches and structured process improvement techniques to support overall work area or department strategy and value chain.
  • •Lead efforts to establish and sustain improvement processes supporting a value stream manager and their associated value stream.
  • •Implement shared continuously improving standard practices and processes across an area or business unit.
  • •Mentor and coach frontline leaders and personnel to promote a thriving Continuous Improvement (Lean) culture, develop Lean competencies, and empower individuals to relentlessly pursue waste elimination, driving continuous improvement and maximizing customer value.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • •5 years of Lean Six Sigma leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or quality
  • •Ability to facilitate continuous improvement sessions and lead rapid improvement events
  • •Proven ability to apply structured process improvement techniques to support department strategy and value streams
  • •Experience mentoring and coaching frontline leaders to promote a Lean culture and drive waste elimination
