Key Responsibilities

  • •Transfer ATE test programs from the Cisco lab to the production environment in partnership with PDE and OSAT teams.
  • •Resolve production test issues quickly (hardware and software) and drive OSATs to meet throughput, yield, cycle time, and uptime metrics.
  • •Align OSAT roadmap and capacity ramp plans with Cisco product ramp while managing and maintaining production test hardware.
  • •Evaluate test vendors and recommend alternate site bring-ups; complete qualification activities.
  • •Support Manufacturing Operations with quarterly planning, ship reviews, and production optimization using statistical yield/correlation analysis with the Data and Automation Solutions team.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE (or higher) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • •5+ years working in ATE volume production test environments, preferably on high-end compute/networking devices.
  • •Ability to debug, analyze, and root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes, driving improvements and preventive measures to closure.
  • •Solid engineering fundamentals and technical analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • •Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages (plus), and experience with Advantest 93000 tester (plus).
