Key Responsibilities

  • •Transfer ATE test programs from the Cisco lab to the production environment with PDE and OSAT teams.
  • •Serve as first responder for production test issues (hardware or software) and drive prompt resolution to closure.
  • •Develop/define test requirements and custom test solutions to minimize test overhead and support production targets.
  • •Align OSAT roadmap and capacity ramp plans with Cisco product ramps; maintain production test hardware.
  • •Evaluate test vendors, recommend alternate site bring-ups, and support manufacturing with quarterly planning and ongoing production optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE (or higher) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • •5+ years working in ATE volume production test environments, preferably on high-end compute/networking devices.
  • •Ability to debug, analyze, root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes, and drive closure with improvement and preventive measures.
  • •Solid engineering fundamentals and analytical skills with aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • •Strong understanding of programming and scripting languages (plus experience with Advantest 93000 and familiarity with manufacturing/yield optimization).
