Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while developing and expanding new and existing client relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions by offering deposit, credit, convenience, and other product and service lines, meeting individual and branch sales targets. Conduct client consultative conversations, refer more complex needs to specialists, and complete teller cross-training duties as needed while adhering to controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
