Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leading CPG brands to provide strategic guidance, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions
  • •Partner with engineering team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback
  • •Support translating complex business processes (S&OP, forecasting, AOP, trade finance) into clear product requirements and user stories for future product roadmap ideation
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions
  • •Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 annually
